What are the materials used?
All the jewels are 925 sterling Silver. The gold pieces are 18K Gold plated except the jewels under section SETS: Those are 100% cooper 18K gold plated
How water-resistant is our jewelry?
Jewelry crafted with the highly resistant and durable Silver 925, with a 5x stronger coating.
Our plating last 5x more vs. other brands.
You can swim, work out, etc. The jewelry won't turn green as the gold plating begins to tarnish; instead, it will be a lighter shade closer to silver.
How long does the gold plating last?
The plating should last for at least two years and possibly even four. Although our jewelry is water-resistant, avoid using hand sanitizer and cleaning solutions since these corrosive substances might cause the plating to wear off more quickly. What happens if the jewel arrives defective?
Buying Madame Coqueta carries no risk. If your chains, earrings, bracelets, or rings arrived with any problem, we'll issue you a store credit for the amount you paid for the item right away. Sending our customer service staff an email at info@madamecoqueta.com will allow them to handle that for you.

What is the shipping time and cost?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Deliveries generally take between 7–21 business days to arrive, although the Postal Company does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air, or a combination of both. MADAME COQUETA is not responsible for any delay incurred in the shipping.
